I got mine because I was making a website on on Freewebs for a flash series called "STUFF," because it wasn't about any specific thing. I couldn't just call it stuff because that name was taken. Then, my friend suggested STUFF2o, and I said that's stupid. Later, I used it anyways. Because your site's name is your username, since then, STUFF2o's been my username for everything, and I think it's catchy!

Nerd With An Afro is sorta self explanatory and DarkNecroT i thought of one day because my previous nick name Heavy Necro T was already being used as a name by someone else.
