Well, one day I was playing Star Wars Battlefront for the PS2. My friend and I were playing on Kashykk. I was a sniper in the trees. After all the command posts had been captured, I watched the counter. 3...2...1...*jumps out of trees*....BONZAI!!!!
Then, I got a DS. Trying to think of a name, I thought, "Well, I suck at jumping challenges and the SWB incident was funny." I called myself "Bonzai Guy", a pun on Fall guy. Wii arrived, called myself Bonzai Wii. Then, around the time of Syntax Error, I gave myself the region-free name of Bonzai.
EDIT: The friend loved the Star Wars quote, "TK421, why have you abandoned your post?", so... yeah that's him.

I was coming up with one for an MMORPG (Don't remember the name) I rejected Catwizard and Turtleman (Shoulda stuck with that one) And can you believe there was actually already a Ratmage, Ratmage1 and Ratmage 100? So I decided 99 was a cool number and I've had it ever since.

I was trying to write a story for a comic book series when I spelled the word "wiseman" backwards. I decided "Namesiw" should be some mystical wise...man, and that the person looking for him is "SalaComMander", or Commander of Salamanders (interesting word).
I later decided that Namesiw and SalaComMander should be one and the same.

Well, a while ago my name was actually ShadowAurion. The Shadow part came from Shadow the Hedgehog, and the Aurion part came from Kratos Aurion from Tales of Symphonia. The thing is, I'm not as much of a Shadow fan as I used to be, and on another forum, I'm ironically called the 'Emil' of that forum despite having Kratos' last name.
Emil Castagnier is the main character of Tales of Symphonia: Knight of Ratatosk (aka Dawn of the New World or just simply ToS2). Very soon in the game, Emil ends up borrowing a bit of power from a summon spirit named Ratatosk. Whenever Emil gets into battle, Ratatosk takes control and does the fighting. I guess you could say that Ratatosk is a part of Emil. This is why I'm called RatatoskAurion. Also, for those who don't know, my avatar is Emil whenever he's in Ratatosk Mode.

I was texting one of my friends random things and he said "cat", and I said "meow", then he said, "no wtf dumbass cats go woof" so yeah, just used it from then on, coz I thought it was lulzy
