Now this is my first one so dont expect anything cool.
Ok first you'll need:
Ok first get your/you're ROM from DopeRoms, then copy it (some pieces of Text cant be edited or it'll mess up the ROM so dont edit stuff like MARIO or PEACH)
So now open your/you're ROM with HexWorkshop and click at the bottom box find.
Now you should see a box that says Hex string, click it and click Text and put in Toad (i put in hello here for refference)
Now edit the stuff to what you like. All the text has a dot between each word so DONT EDIT THE DOT!
Now click save and open your/you're emulator.
Open the ROM and play it. It should turn out like this if it worked:
Now have fun with your/you're Haxxing man!
This can be done with almost anygame and some Iso's so try it with others!
